Coaching is a process where a coach helps an individual or a group of individuals to achieve their goals, improve their performance, and develop their skills. The coach provides guidance, support, and feedback to help the coachee(s) reach their full potential.

The coach may use multiple techniques and tools to help the coachee(s) identify their strengths and weaknesses, set achievable goals, and create action plans to reach those goals. 

Coaching typically involves regular meetings or sessions, and the coach may assign tasks or exercises to help the coachee(s) stay on track and complete the projects that have been created.
